Screws & Barrels
Replacement screws and barrels for conical twin-screw (GWC-45 to GWC-80) and single-screw extruders. Manufactured to OEM specifications. Nitrided, bi-metallic and wear-resistant versions available.

Band Heaters & Heating Elements
Mica band heaters, cast aluminium heaters and ceramic heaters for extruder barrels and dies. All standard voltages (220V / 380V). Custom sizes manufactured on request.
Mica Band Heaters
For extruder barrels and die zones. Power 0.5–5 kW. Standard and custom widths 30–100 mm.
Cast Aluminium Heaters
High thermal conductivity. Excellent contact with barrel surface. Power 1–8 kW.
Ceramic Band Heaters
High temperature applications up to 450°C. Good insulation properties. All standard sizes.
Die Zone Heaters
Cartridge and band heaters for extrusion dies and head zones. Custom sizes available.
Thermocouples & RTDs
Temperature sensors for extruder barrel, die and melt temperature measurement. Type J, Type K thermocouples and PT100 RTDs. All standard connection heads and protection tubes.
