Calibration Tables
Vacuum calibration and cooling tables for PVC and PE pipe and profile lines. Includes vacuum pump, water circulation and adjustable pipe supports. Lengths 4–12 m.
Haul-Off Units
Caterpillar and belt haul-off units. Pulling force 50–5000 N. Servo speed control synchronised with extruder output.
Cutting Devices
Planetary and guillotine cutting for pipe and profile lines. Cutting without stopping the line. Pipe OD ø16–ø630 mm.
Granulators & Crushers
Water-ring and strand granulators for PVC, PE, PP compound and masterbatch. Output 50–500 kg/h. Crushers for sprues, runners and edge trim.
Mixers & Chillers
Hot/cold mixer units for PVC dry blend preparation, volumes 50–500 L. Water chillers for cooling water supply to calibration tables and extruder barrels, capacity 5–50 kW.
